Where is the shipment coming from?

All shipments coming from the Glowlab warehouse, in Seoul, Korea

How long does it take to receive my order ?

On Average, it takes 3 to 6 days after pick up your order in the warehouse

  • If delay in custom due to heavy shipment traffic, it takes few more days to delivery your package

Do you have all store products in stock?

We do have most products in stock and ready to ship (80% of what shows in the online store)

Some SKU are out of stock then we need 2-3 days to prepare certain product

Are they 100% authentic brands?

Yes, we are offering 100% Authentic brands that are produced in Korea. What we can support you is

  • We can support you MSDD or COA certificate to prove the product originality
  • Documents we can provide vary from the manufacturer

What is the Return and Refund policy?

We accept Return and Refund in the following cases

  • If the product received is not what you order in the PO (100% refund including delivery charge)
  • Product damaged or found defect in the product (100% refund including delivery charge)

Can I pick up an order at the warehouse?

You can pick up the order at the warehouse in Seoul Korea.

You should give us notice at least one week before you place order or come to pick up the order so we can prepare your package
